Please send the server model, fault symptom, error code, front panel status, iDRAC/iLO message, recent hardware changes, photos and the affected component if known.

Can you support older Dell, HPE, Lenovo, H3C or other enterprise servers?

Yes. We can support selected Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem and H3C UniServer models, including some older generations. Availability depends on the exact model, part number and required response time.

How can I get a faster quotation?

Send the model, part number, quantity, target configuration, delivery destination and photos if available. For buyback or recycling, send an asset list, photos, location and condition details.

Can I ask for both maintenance and parts supply in one inquiry?

Yes. Many requests involve both maintenance support and parts matching. You can describe the fault and required parts together so we can check both service and hardware options.

Can I send photos or a simple list instead of a complete spreadsheet?

Yes. A simple list, clear photos of labels, service tags, part numbers or screenshots of configurations are often enough for an initial check. A complete spreadsheet is helpful for large batches, but not required for the first inquiry.
